You live abroad


If you live abroad and wish to obtain an extract from the Belgian criminal record, please fill out the form on the website of the FPS Justice - Central criminal record and mail it to strafregister@just.fgov.be together with a pdf of your identity card of passport.


You have lived abroad


If you wish to obtain an extract from the criminal record for a period of time during which you resided abroad, please contact the authorities of the country concerned:
