Sponsorship form

Please contact the Embassy of Belgium in Stockholm by mail (stockholm@diplobel.fed.be) to request the most recent list of documents that you need to submit.

Upon reception of these documents, the Embassy will check the solvability and return the legalized sponsorship form by post.
