There is no automatic data exchange yet between the embassy and the Swedish/Latvian population service. In case of emergency, elections or other official notifications, it is very important that the embassy has complete and correct data about you and your family members.
The embassy will record the changes in your file, update your data in the Belgian Population Register and send you a confirmation by e-mail.
