Please contact the Embassy of Belgium in Stockholm by mail (stockholm@diplobel.fed.be) to request the most recent list of documents which you need to submit as sponsor.

Upon receipt of ALL required documents, the sponsor will be contacted regarding document “Annex 32” which has to be filled out and signed in person (by the sponsor) at the Belgian Embassy in Stockholm.
You will be contacted by the Embassy to make an appointment.

Please bear in mind that it can take up to 2 weeks to handle the files.
In case of incomplete/incorrect documents, the sponsor will be contacted via e-mail.
